1.2. By placing an order or actively using our website, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

1.3. NotattooPain reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

2. Products

2.1. All products are subject to availability.
2.2. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.
3.3. NotattooPain reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
4.2. NotattooPain is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs or courier services.
4.3. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Customers have the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
5.2. To initiate a return, please contact info@notattoopain.com with your order details.
5.3. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
5.4. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Liability

6.1. NotattooPain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6.2. Always follow the instructions provided with our products. NotattooPain is not responsible for misuse or improper application.

6.3. Our products, including but not limited to Tattoo Numbing Creams (NoTattooPain, TKTX), Numbing Sprays (NoTattooPain, TKTX), Numbing Gels and Foams (TKTX), and Aftercare Products (LA BÉA, ELAIMEI), are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

  • We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from their use.
  • It is your responsibility to conduct a patch test before full application and to use the products as instructed.
  • We do not guarantee specific results, and any use is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or pre-existing medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before use. By using our website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and waive any claims against our company.

7.1. All content on the NotattooPain website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of NotattooPain and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
8.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

8.3 This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be settled by the court in Amsterdam

10. The Fine Print

10.1 Shipping; We offer standard shipping for a fee, but enjoy free shipping on orders over €30,- / £30,- / $30,- (Or another currency converted to 30 euros). For deliveries to addresses in Europe, the typical delivery time is 3-5 working days. For deliveries to addresses outside Europe, the typical delivery time is 5-15 working days (Normally 5-8 working days).  Please note that during weekends and public holidays, shipping may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, we can provide you with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be sent to our PO Box (the address will be provided on the return form). We do not charge any additional fees for returns, but please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.

10.2 Order Cancellations; Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we work with a fulfillment company that processes orders immediately — labels are printed and packages are packed right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it’s in progress. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provided is correct and complete. If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact the delivery partner directly to correct the address. If the address cannot be updated, we are unable to offer a refund.
